Every business runs on forms. Most run on paper.

Mauritius fills its forms in the kaye: the carbon-copy book at the counter, the photocopied checklist on the clipboard, the leave form that travels three desks, the inspection sheet that comes back soggy. We did not start with a form builder. The shape is simple: build a form or start from a template, capture it anywhere on any phone, even offline, route it to the right approver, and keep every submission in a searchable register with an export the inspector will recognise. The paper habit stays; the paper goes.

Formiler is in build. What exists today?

The hard parts are running now as separate Kolab bricks: HACCP checklists, snag lists with photos, route-stop signatures, visitor sign-in, clinic intake, farm records. Formiler generalises those proven patterns into one builder. Founding customers shape the templates and lock the founding rate.

Will the inspector accept a printed export instead of the book?

Exports are designed to print in the layouts inspectors and parastatals already recognise, page for page. Many teams keep printing a weekly copy at first, then stop once the inspector sees the register searches faster than the book.

Do people filling a QR form need an account?

No. Scanning the QR opens the form in the browser, they fill and submit, done. Accounts are only for your team: building forms, approving submissions and reading registers.

What happens when there is no signal?

The form, its photos, signature and GPS stamp are all captured on the phone and queued. The sync queue shows exactly what is waiting, and everything uploads when the signal returns. Nothing is silently lost.

Are submissions really unlimited?

Yes, at every tier, along with unlimited fillers. A daily check skipped to save quota is a record that never existed. Tiers differ by forms and features, never by how much truth you can capture.

Can you rebuild our existing paper forms for us?

Yes. Send photos of your current forms, including the carbon book pages, and we rebuild them in the builder. Assisted setup is quoted in rupees, fixed, before we start.
