Asked all the time

Can staff without smartphones use it?

Yes. A shared tablet or an old PC at the entrance works as a kiosk, with PIN punch-in. Personal phones are a bonus, never a requirement.

Does payroll really handle our statutory rules?

PAYE bands, CSG thresholds, NSF ceilings, the training levy and PRGF are computed with auditable rules and updated at each national budget. Your accountant can trace every number to its source.

What happens to our punch-card history?

Attendance and people records import from CSV. Assisted migration is quoted in rupees, fixed, before we start.

Can we hide salaries from some HR users?

Yes. Payroll is isolated by role and enforced server-side. Seeing the leave calendar does not mean seeing pay.

Is there a contract lock-in?

Monthly plans cancel at the next cycle; annual plans simply run their year. Your data exports at any time, in open formats.

How does the demo work?

The public demo is seeded with a fictional company and its collaborators, so you can play both a staff member and HR. Ask us for the access key.
