Kolab Delivery · Livrezon In build
Plan the round. Prove the drop. Count the cash.
Kolab Delivery plans your rounds on the island map, proves every drop with photo, signature and GPS, and reconciles the cash the same evening. Built for how Mauritius really buys: at the door, often in cash.
- Round planning on the island map with stop sequencing
- Proof of delivery: photo, signature and GPS stamp
- Cash on delivery reconciled per driver, per round
- Customer updates on WhatsApp, in the language they read
Made for
Small island, serious logistics
Mauritius is 65 kilometres end to end, and that fools people. A delivery round still has to sequence Rose-Hill, Quatre Bornes and Vacoas before lunch, survive the motorway at midday, and come home with the cash right. Most teams run it on paper lists, memory and a driver's personal WhatsApp.
Kolab Delivery takes orders from your webshop or a CSV, plans rounds on the island map, and hands each driver a big-button app in Kreol that keeps working when signal drops. Every drop is proven with a photo, a signature and a GPS stamp.
Then it follows the money, because here delivery is a cash business. Cash on delivery reconciles per driver per round, Juice and my.t money settle beside it, and the end-of-day cash desk closes with numbers instead of envelopes.
In build, around a working route app
The heart of Livrezon already exists and runs: the route app brick with stops, checklists and signature capture. The build adds the money and the messages.
- Route app brick: stop lists, checklists and signature capture, built
- Order intake patterns proven by a live patisserie webshop we built and run
- Cash reconciliation patterns from the market POS and petty cash bricks
- WhatsApp updates on the shared Kolab notification channel

A closer look
How Kolab Delivery feels day to day
Planned on the island, not on a hunch
Orders become stops, stops become a sequenced round on the Mauritius map. The planner respects time windows, COD totals and what fits in the van, and the driver leaves with a day that makes sense.
- Stop sequencing by district and time window
- COD and fragile flags visible before loading
- Reattempts and priority orders slot in automatically
Big buttons, Kreol, works offline
Drivers do not want software; they want the next stop. The app shows one stop at a time, captures proof in three taps, and keeps working through the dead zones, syncing when signal returns.
- Photo, signature and GPS stamp on every drop
- Failed-delivery reasons from a list, reattempt booked
- A running cash total so the driver always knows the bag
Every rupee back to its stop
Cash on delivery is not a side detail here, it is the business model. Each collected rupee ties to a stop, a driver and a round; the evening count either matches or tells you exactly where to look.
- Per-driver, per-round reconciliation, same day
- Juice and my.t money recorded beside cash
- Differences flagged with the stops that explain them
They already know, so they stop calling
The question behind every call is where is my order. Livrezon answers it before it is asked, on WhatsApp: leaving soon, nearly there, delivered with photo. Replies land back on the stop, not in a driver's personal chat.
- Automatic updates at departure, approach and delivery
- Customers reply to reschedule; the round adjusts
- Message language follows the customer, not the office
Local by design
Delivery, the Mauritian way
A 65 kilometre island where cash still rules and everyone is on WhatsApp: Livrezon is shaped by those three facts.
An island crossed by lunch
Mauritius is 65 km end to end. A good round does Rose-Hill, Quatre Bornes and Vacoas before midday, and Livrezon sequences it exactly that way.
Cash on delivery rules
COD is still how the island buys. Every rupee collected ties to a stop, a driver and a round, and is counted at the cash desk the same evening.
Juice and my.t money
Mobile money settles more drops every month. The method is recorded per stop, so the cash desk and the bank both balance.
WhatsApp updates
Your order leaves in 15 minutes. Two stops away. Delivered, photo attached. Customers stop calling because they already know.
Kreol behind the wheel
The driver app speaks Kreol Morisien with big buttons and short words. The office reads the same round in English or French.
Heavy rain protocol
On a red alert, rounds pause safely: undelivered stops rebook themselves and customers get one honest message instead of silence.
Boost in Kolab Delivery
Delivery is a team sport played alone in a van. Kolab Boost gives drivers the recognition the road never does.
First-attempt heroes
Drops that land first time earn points, and the round report celebrates the drivers whose customers were actually home because they were warned.
Clean cash streaks
A cash desk count that matches to the rupee extends a streak. Long streaks earn badges, and badges earn real rewards in rupees.
On-time departures
Rounds that roll out on schedule score for the whole depot, because a late start is everyone's late afternoon.
In the wild
What it looks like in real businesses
Webshop orders drop into tomorrow's rounds by district. Cakes travel sequenced, photos prove the handover, and COD balances before the shop closes.
Standing weekly customers become recurring stops, empties are counted at the door, and the cash desk knows which lorry carried which rupee.
Prescription runs need discretion and proof. GPS-stamped, signature-backed drops close the loop, and failed deliveries rebook before the patient calls.
