Rounds that never slip, proof clients can see.

Kolab Landscaping runs the recurring rounds that are your business: crews planned, gardens visited on rhythm, photos proving every visit. When rain moves a day, the whole week moves with it.

  • Recurring rounds scheduled automatically, weekly or fortnightly
  • Crew day planner: which crew, which garden, which truck
  • Before and after photos sent straight to the client
  • Rain-day rescheduling that cascades the whole week

Rounds are the business

A landscaping company is a promise repeated: every week or every fortnight, the garden is done. Miss two rounds and the client starts looking; a villa owner in Paris cancels by email without ever telling you why. The whole business is the round, and too often the round lives in someone's head.

Kolab Landscaping schedules recurring rounds automatically, plans each crew's day (which crew, which garden, which truck), and captures before and after photos that reach the client the same afternoon. When rain wipes out Tuesday, the reschedule cascades through the week instead of quietly dropping a garden.

Around the rounds sit the rest: quotes for one-off creation and tree work, plants and materials per job, equipment with service hours, and invoicing that separates monthly contracts from one-offs. The photo proof is what makes the invoice feel fair.

In build, around a working planner

The landscaping planner brick, a crew work planner with kiosk clock-in, is built and working. Zarden wraps rounds, photos and money around it.

  • Landscaping planner brick: crew work planner and kiosk clock-in, built
  • Photo checklist patterns from the property inspection and snag list bricks
  • Equipment register from the asset register brick, with service hours
  • Invoicing follows the shape proven in NexBooks

How Kolab Landscaping feels day to day

The rounds

Scheduled by rhythm, not by memory

Weekly and fortnightly rounds generate themselves. The board shows every site's next visit, and a garden that slipped shows up loudly instead of silently.

  • Recurring rounds per site, weekly or fortnightly
  • Crew day plan: which crew, which garden, which truck
  • Slipped visits flagged before the client notices

The proof

Photos that justify the invoice

Before and after photos are taken as the crew works and sent to the client the same afternoon, in French or English. For a villa owner abroad, that message is the service.

  • Before and after pairs per visit, per zone
  • Sent by WhatsApp or email, no client app needed
  • A photo history per site, visit after visit

Rain days

When Tuesday drowns, the week adjusts

One tap marks the day rained off. Zarden reshuffles the affected rounds through the rest of the week, respecting crew capacity, and shows you who moved where before you confirm.

  • A cascade preview before you commit
  • Contract sites keep priority over one-offs
  • Clients whose day moved get a message automatically

The money

Contracts monthly, one-offs quoted

Monthly contract invoices assemble themselves from visits actually done, with photos linked. One-off jobs, creation, irrigation, tree work, start as quotes and carry their plants and materials, so the margin is real.

  • Monthly invoices built from completed rounds
  • Quotes for one-off jobs, with materials per job

Local by design

Gardens on island time

Plateau rain, cyclone season and owners nine thousand kilometres away: Zarden is built for how grounds work actually runs here.

Cyclone season

After a cyclone, every client calls at once. Zarden runs a standby list, triages the damage, and books the surge without dropping the regular rounds.

Rain days

Plateau rain wipes out afternoons. One tap reschedules today, and the rest of the week cascades so no client silently falls off the list.

Owners abroad

Many villa owners live in Paris or Johannesburg. Before and after photos, in French or English, make a monthly invoice feel fair from 9,000 km away.

Kreol for the crew

Crews read their day in Kreol Morisien on a shared phone. Quotes and invoices go out in French or English.

Proof on WhatsApp

The visit summary and photos land on the client's WhatsApp the same afternoon. No app to install, nothing to chase.

Growth never pauses

In the tropics, grass does not take winter off. Fortnightly rounds run all year, and Zarden keeps the rhythm honest.

Boost in Kolab Landscaping

The best crews are consistent, and consistency deserves to be seen. Kolab Boost turns it into recognition.

Round streaks

A crew that completes its planned round, site after site, builds a streak the whole company can see, and celebrate.

The photo habit

Visits with proper before and after pairs earn points, because the photo habit is what keeps clients paying happily.

Equipment care

Machines logged, cleaned and serviced on hours earn quiet points for the crew that treats the gear as its own.

More about Kolab Boost

In the wild

What it looks like in real businesses

A landscaping firm of 22 on the west coast

Three crews, forty gardens, one board. Rounds schedule themselves, rain moves the week, and photo proof goes out before the crew reaches the next gate.

A hotel grounds team of 15

Daily zones instead of client rounds: the same planner runs beach frontage, gardens and the nursery, with clock-in feeding hours to payroll.

A two-crew garden round business

The owner quotes one-off tree work on Saturday, the app turns it into a job with materials, and the monthly invoice writes itself from visits done.

Questions

Asked all the time

What is built already?
The landscaping planner brick is built and working: a crew work planner with kiosk clock-in. Zarden adds recurring rounds, photo proof, rain-day cascades, quotes and invoicing around it.
How does the rain cascade actually work?
You mark the day rained off and Zarden proposes a new week: affected rounds slot into free crew capacity, contract sites first. You see the preview, adjust if needed, confirm once, and moved clients are messaged automatically.
Do clients need to install anything?
No. Photo proof and visit summaries arrive by WhatsApp or email. The client just sees that the work was done, which is the whole point.
Does clock-in feed payroll?
Yes. Kiosk clock-in records hours per crew member per day, and if you run Kolab HR the hours flow straight into attendance and payroll preparation.
How are equipment service hours tracked?
Each mower or brushcutter is logged against the jobs that used it. Hours accumulate, and a service alert fires before the machine dies in the middle of a hotel lawn.
Can we invoice contracts and one-offs separately?
Yes. Monthly contract invoices assemble from completed visits with photos linked; one-off jobs bill from their quotes with materials itemised. Both export to NexBooks or CSV for your accountant.
